Hello Sierra,

Wow! The voice of the learner. I think it's great that you shared your opninions on technology in the classroom. I am a 5th grade teacher for Montgomery County Public School in Maryland and fortunately we have been blessed to have recieved promethean boards, ELMO's and laptops in each classroom. What better way to engage our students than to allow them to use and explore these technologies? I commend you for voicing your thoughts and hope that you bring more student opinion to the table as you are the ones being affected.

Sincerely,
Tina

Sierra,

Thank you so much for sharing! I wish educational leaders and teachers would take more time to listen to what students would like to see in the classroom. I hope that eventually your teachers will see the benefit of using the computers as more than typewriters! Until then, keep spreading your message so it will be heard:)

Thanks again!
